For those who didn't figure it out, just click on the person's name, and then click "Add Me as a Friend" under their profile picture. That's it! AMarshall Posted August 8, 2010 Report Share Posted August 8, 2010 This forum uses an interesting friend mechanism. Looks like a friend "relationship" is two-way always. So if I add Marc as one of my friends, I become one of his friends in return. Also, It looks like there are some privacy settings that you could choose, but the default is that the friend relationship is automatically accepted. That's it! You can also do it inline. For example, if I saw an interesting post from Vic (again, totally hypothetical...), I could decide to friend him. The icon to the left under his avatar lets you add him as a friend. This avoids going to the profile page where you might read that his shop space is measured in hectares, not square feet... just saying.
