dodgeram99
I was building the tool chest from the web sight. It was going together perfict. Until today. I way cutting the bevels on the miter saw. When one if the underlying sheets of plywood blow out from the edge. Leaving 1/8 gap along the edge. Any digestions how to fill this in? I know epoxy would work. Bur im thinking a wood filler to match the BB ply wood. Sorry I don't have. a pic to show every one.
TRBaker
If I understand what you are saying correctly, wood filler should work just fine.
wdwerker
Sometimes I have recut the joint a bit shorter and glued a piece of plywood on to lengthen it, let it dry overnight and cut to proper sixe the next morning. Usually this is more for strength than looks.
