bushwacked
Haha. Vinny you need a better mask or better ventilation.
bushwacked
I put the final coat of gray on at 8am ... I am thinking 8pm?? I can put tape on the gray to protect it and start painting my shelves? Or will they need longer to dry than 12 hours before I tape? Going to be about 85 degrees here in Texas today. Possibly 90 in my garage for most of it.
..Kev
Did you paint a test board to try? If you didn't, I would want to be darn sure before putting frog tape on the painted surface. The green tape is a higher quality painters (blue) tape.
bushwacked
Yes I did but just curious while I wait to test haha.
bushwacked
First coat on the shelves. The gray and Aqua is the color scheme for our girls room. There is pink too but I refuse to have pink furniture haha

bushwacked
Ok sorry for the slow update but baby girl came and has taken over haha. Now you can see why I chose those colors. It's going to go in the corner next to her crib.

bushwacked
That looks really nice! Thank you! Learned a lot through this and can't wait to build her some more stuff haha.
wouldwurker
What a cool color. Almost looks like tempered glass. Great job and congrats on the new addition to the family. The through-dado in a different color, front and center, really shows the 'built by Dad with love and craftsmanship ' quality.
