can you guys identify what kind of wood this busted up coffee table is made out of?

i know the main board is different from everywhere else. but what about the legs? is there veneer?

Looks like a generic Asian import hardwood. Rubberwood or maybe luan?

I agree w/ strobes. Upper left pic looks like rubberwood w/ a brown finish

 

Without better pics, it's impossible to say, really.

 

An end grain pic would be helpful.

 

Asking us if there is veneer is pointless. Can't tell from the pics but you should be able to tell by looking at the bottom and seeing if it is identical to the top surface. If the top is veneer, the bottom will show something different.
