Popular Post Tom Cancelleri
Today's activities dealt with a lot of wood. I moved and stacked 2 cords of firewood I had delivered today. Poplar, red oak, cherry, maple, and some random misc pieces I couldn't identify. Also hit woodcraft for a 7 foot piece of birds eye maple.
ColinF
Don't you love how woodworking makes you look at firewood in a whole new light? Oh man, I'm not burning that maple, I bet it's curly!

Oh man, I'm not burning that maple, I bet it's curly! I've sliced up some nice pieces of walnut and some other pieces of firewood and made things out of them. Segmented bowls, got some ambrosia maple once.

Coop
Tom, how long will that much wood last you?
Eric.
It's gonna be one HOT summer at Tom's house.
Tom Cancelleri
2 cords will last me a long time. At least 2 seasons, however the price was right. Usually a cord around here is 250-300 bucks. Guy wanted 150 a cord. So I bought 2 while the price was good.
Coop
We would have to run the ac 24/7 in the winter for 10 years in order to use that much!
Immortan D
I stared at that picture for a quite a while and for no reason.
Dakinney0807
Hey Tom, bgreenb told me I could probably hit that wood pile with a rock from my front yard if I knew which direction you lived in. Any chance you want to pass along the info for the guy you bought it from? I'm tired of paying $300/cord in the fall.
