Josh Mackintosh
Has anyone had experience with Quansheng hand planes. It is my belief that that are the UK equivelent to WoodRiver planes. They are a reasonable price and am just wondering if anyone has used them before? and if so which plane? I am looking to purchase a low angle jack plane. Many Thanks Josh
Freddie
Are you from the UK side of the pond Josh? If I am not an idiot, it compared those prices from pounds to us dollars, and that low angle jack is the same price as the lie nielsen low angle. You guys must have one hell of an economy over there
G S Haydon
Tell me about it Freddie, planes in particular are very expensive here when compared with US new prices! Does the LN come with three blades?
Llama
Comes with one Graham. Extras are around $50 each.
Freddie
40 for standard a2 and o1 blades, and slightly more for the toothed and scraper blades.

G S Haydon
That does make the QS a good value purchase, 3 blades with three different angles, very surprising this has not be launched in the US with the popularity of BU being what it is.
