Beechwood Chip
I just noticed that I no longer have an avatar on my posts. I set up a Gravitar when Marc first suggested it, and I'm guessing that I never bothered to set an avatar in my WoodTalk Forum profile. Or, maybe I did have a local avatar, and something else went wrong. I'll just re-upload my pic when I get a chance, but there may be others who have become suddenly faceless. Beechwood Chip
Anyone know the size limit on the avatar image? It says 0.98 MB, but my image was only 26 KB = 0.026 MB and it still forced me to crop it. Maybe there's also a pixel limit. [edit] I fixed by padding my image to make it square before uploading. It forces you to crop the image to make it square.

thewoodwhisperer
Looks like the most recent update turned the Gravatar feature off by default. It's now on. But not sure if something has to be done again on the member's end to get it to work again. As far as the back end is concerned, the feature is "on." Beechwood Chip
There's a "Use Gravitar" option for the profile pic. Since I uploaded an image, I had to set it. I don't know what would happen to someone who had a Gravitar pre-upgrade and didn't touch anything.
