Renzo
So here's my almost finished table. The only thing I have left to do is add some sort of routed edge. I'm considering a very small roundover (just to make the edges not as sharp), a chamfer as that will match the tapered legs, or just leave it and do nothing. Whatta you suggest? Going with General Finishes Espresso stain and then poly. Unless you think something else for the finish would be better?
Beechwood Chip
I'd use the same edge treatment on the table edge, the bottom edge of the aprons, and the corners of the legs. Either roundover, chamfer, or just hit it with some sandpaper to dull the edge.
iSawitFirst
I like tops with the bottom of the top sloped down and in from the edge back. It gives the edge a dressed appearance and makes the top look thinner (lighter).
