Thanks, I had seen those before but when I when to show my son I couldn't find it again. I would love to try using a Japanese plane sometime, I suppose sometime soon I am just going to have to look at getting one-oh darn what a terrible thing;)

Thanks for the links, there are some beautiful tools there! To he honest when the time does come that I do buy one I will have to do some homework and try my odds with Ebay, not only do I like buying tools with some history in them but also those prices are too high for me especially when it is to satisfy my curiousity! I other words I will be doing some reading and asking you some questions!
