Just curious - Wood river socket chisels

I have the 1/8” , bought it for making 1/4” square mortise for small table spindles. I’m no hand tool expert but this chisel worked well for the job. The bottom face was flat so I just dressed up the cutting-edge to 1200 grit and it cut especially well with just hand pressure.
