New Rockwell saw Loose Arbor Bolt

I just unboxed my RK7241S Rockwell 15 Amp Table Saw set up went fine, the blade went in easy. The first cut looked like hell and the board caught the blade guide. I thought I did not tighten the blade on install. Nope. Ther is about 1/16 in play on the arbor bolt. I contacted Rockwell (no weekend hours). Anyone know a fix for this or is my new saw cheez-wiz? It would be a huge pain to return it. The box is long gone.

First lessons in receiving new items:

1. Open and assemble immediately if not sooner.  that way if anything is amiss you are in motion right off.

2. Keep all packing materials until you've had 15 to 20 hours of operation.  If it lives through that, it will pretty much keep running.

I agree on assuring the washer is present, the nut is not directional and that it is indeed the nut, not the arbor/bearings/saddle.
