BillyJack
In the 90's you really had to watch the new house you were buying. I've seen some funny things go on during the years as a cabinet installer. I showed up to put a set of cabinets in and the painter came over and offeredmr0e5 h gallons of paint. I ask him why he had so much paint left over. He replied....the builder only wants to pay half what it's worth to paint the house, so he only gets half the paint. He sprayed gallons on the house and stopped.. I watched an electrical fight to get a ground rod in and look around and used a saw to cut it on half and beat about 4' in tge ground. He hide the rest. A sheet rocker turned the propane heat as high as it would go a muddled the entire house with two coats in one long day. Later there were several cracks in the mud work.. I've seen one permit pulled for several houses being built in a subdivsion. . It goes on and on...
