I wish i knew this before

At 63 now, reminiscing about my woodworking journey that began 20 years ago stirs up so many emotions. Back then, it was a real struggle, and I often wondered if I'd ever truly get the hang of it.

But then, something truly remarkable happened. I discovered this book (I wish I could remember its name), and it transformed everything. It made woodworking feel so much easier.

Let me tell you about the first project I tackled with its guidance – a simple shelf. As I followed the instructions, it was like magic. The cuts were precise, the joints snug, and that shelf became a symbol of my newfound passion.

Woodworking has brought me immense joy and fulfillment, and I love sharing it with my family. They've seen me grow over the years, and their support means the world to me.

Oh, and speaking of that book, my son recently found a newer version of it. It's incredible how the right guidance can make such a difference in your journey.
