joelav Posted August 10, 2012 Report Share Posted August 10, 2012 I like to make jigs. I especially like to make jigs that fit in my jigs. I made this spline cutting jig to go in a cross cut sled. The sled is based on John Nixon's design from eagle lake woodworking. it's actually an old one that I stripped all the hardware (t tracks, blade guard, dust collection) and what not off of and was about to cut up. It attaches to the cross cut sled with track clamps.It's ugly, but it works. I needed it to get me through a box project. Now that I know it works really well, I am going to make a nicer looking version with cut outs on the sides to allow for larger boxes 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
