RWMac Posted June 17, 2013 Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 Hello All, I am from Guelph Ontario about an hour west of Toronto. I'm just getting started woodworking and building a shop at my house. I discovered the Wood Whisperer site while researching hand cut dovetails, and have learned tons of great stuff from Marc's videos as well as some of the forum topics. I'm interested in learning to build furniture and cabinetry, and I'm trying to learn to do as much with hand tools as possible (for now)... and then move into more power tools. (although I do use my table saw and router a fair bit) I have been very inspired by the pics in the member project gallery as well as the stuff that Marc gets up to, and once I get a little more confident with my skills I'll definitely be joining the guild for some of the great projects going on there.
