TerryMcK
This guy has invented a new tool for the table saw. For those of you with table saws capable of taking a dado stack (not me) it might be interesting. https://youtu.be/S074ke-EJ6U Comments? Immortan D
I think homecenters could take advantage of this invention, selling easy to assemble DIY drawer sets in small packages. They cut them, you fold them.
Tom Cancelleri
Seems like the easiest yet most complicated way to make a drawer. Too much room for setup error, I'd personally rather just do rabbets and glue, or machine cut dovetails. That joint reminds me a lot of a lock miter joint. I thought it was a pretty cool idea the first time I saw it, but I think your right, there's to much room for error, and with the lock miter set up blocks (can't remember who makes them now) it would be easier to just use the router table. wdwerker
And thickness can vary from sheet to sheet of ply. Different manufacturers and even different batches from the same company would require slight adjustment and test cuts to cope with. I just use 5/8 baltic and 5 mm dominoes, 1/4" groove for the bottom, makes a pretty solid drawer fairly quickly.
