Before Franklin kindly makes me look like the Record plane almanac I find my info on them here. The frog seems the big give away http://www.recordhandplanes.com/dating.html only 4 variatons to choose from and Record bailey style was only really made in volume from the 1930's whereas Stanley versions were much earlier and went though many more revisions.

That's where I got my info from. Lever #6, however the frog matches #3. This may be a refurb with mixed parts.

Most of my planes have already lasted someone else's lifetime. I'm sure they cover the gamut of models and decades. I haven't paid a bit of attention to those details. I use them all, and they still serve their purposes just fine. They'll no doubt last past my lifetime, and probably several more.
