williamchall
My wife will be the first to tell you that I have problem, nay an addiction, to all things woodworking related. It all started with a shaker hall table that I wanted to build rather than buy. I now have a workshop in the basement of my townhouse cobbled together with machines from Craigslist and hand tools from ebay. Every now and again I buy something new and it's usually from Lie Nielsen. I blame the Schwarz. Over the last two years I've gotten into wood turning and have even made a few dollars from it. Ironically, all I do with the proceeds is buy new tools from Lie Nielsen. I even put up a little web portfolio which has generated exactly one custom turning job. I'm rather proud of that. Check out my site at http://www.tenoclockwoodworks.com. So, on the project front, I'm like most of you with several projects in various states of undoneness. I have a really good excuse for that now. We had our very first child six months ago. Woodworking has taken a major backseat and I couldn't be happier. He likes to watch the Wood Whisperer with me at his 10:30 feeding. Lastly, the projects that I have completed I usually post to lumberjocks. It's a great community with a ton of inspiration. My project page (read: vanity page) can be found here: http://lumberjocks.com/williamchall/projects Cheers!
