Nestor
Built this jig recently to help me with a tool cabinet I've been building. Got the plans from an issue of Shop Notes. The quick clamp feature makes it a snap to set up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
..Kev
Very cool! Can you grab a pic of the underside?

Nestor
Thanks! Second pic is the underside. To use the clamp, tip it out so the threads disengage and slide it up to the workpiece, the tip it back in and give the handle a few twists to tighten. James Dicks
Did you use any furniture wax on the sled surface by chance? I've got a similar jig that slides much smoother with a coat of it.

I thought of lubricating the slot where the pin slides, but it doesn't slide that bad. If I use it more frequently, it's certainly worth doing. Slick218
Maybe some machine bed dressing would be better than wax Sent from my SGH-I727R using Tapatalk
