Anyone have a need for custom templates? Arches, circles, shelf pin jigs??? This is another area I may entertain if there is some interest? You could create your jig in Sketch up(then export to a dxf)or ACAD then send to me for cutting:) I have a gentleman in New Mexico I do this for and it works out pretty well so I thought maybe....

Pricing scheme would be based on cut time, size and materail. I would probably offer 1/4" acyrlic and 1/4" MDF as basic material options. From there I could most likley base pricing per sq/ft. Cutting would be per job but I could probably come up with a ballpark for that as well. I would most likley need a small set up fee of some sort as well. Turn around time could be as little as 24 hours or same day pending on schedule or as long as a week or so. Templates could be as large as 48"x96"

Would you be able to convert the the sketchup file into the proper cad file?

Could you please give some examples of the pricing?

How about a 6" square, circle and star shape.

Will thicker acrylic be available?

How much for the setup fee?

Thanks

Royal

Although I haven't work out pricing I would think for a basic design for which I was provide a dxf file (this would come from sketch up) pricing may start at $25 for cutting and programming + materails. I would expect 1/4" acrylic to run $4-$5 per sq ft. Yes I can offer thicker and different types of plastic on a case by case basis.

Hope this helps

Ron
