collinb
For making my little tables project a standard router table is too deep unless the template is taped to the target piece. But that shortens the template life. I would prefer to clamp the pieces together. So this. Now I don't have to tape a template to the piece being trimmed for narrow pieces. My trim router has its own table with about 2.5" to the edge. Easy height adjustment and bit changing. Janello
That's pretty cool Collin. I can see how that would be a time saver for small repeatable parts. How did you fasten the base to the granite? Epoxy?
wdwerker
Got a picture of the part clamped to the template ? I think I understand what you are doing but want to make sure.

I drilled holes matching the plate that was on the trim router. 14 hours ago, wdwerker said: Got a picture of the part clamped to the template ? Janello
I see. The plexiglass was catching a reflection making it look like granite at first glance. I think it's your trick photog skills!

collinb
Me. Which begs the question, Is yours avatar you, or a stale cheese doodle? It's a cheese curd. Virgin cheddar. (Maybe that's what I will call business.) Sent from my MotoE2(4G-LTE) using Tapatalk
