Posted May 29, 2017 Popular Post Report Share Posted May 29, 2017 in another post, i was discussing options for trimming edge banding. i made the one below tonight, similar to this one: here is the one i made. the results were quite good on this test piece. the jig is a bit crude, and i will probably make another version. thre hardboard baseplate could be replaced by acrylic, which would make the work far more visible. i thought it would be top heavy, but its quite well balanced. all in all, it a very good solution. 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The screws are placed in oversized holes, so some fine tuning can be accomplished.
