Adhering Neoprene to wood

I've got a rubber sheet of Neoprene I purchased to protect projects from resting on a hard surface during certain operations. The sheet I got is over-sized, and I was thinking of cutting up the scraps and adhering them to the bottoms of chair legs, etc. as floor protection. Suggestions on a specific glue to use or avoid?

This chart, seems to say almost anything will work, but what do those geeks at MIT really know anyways?  looking for specific experience if anyone has it.

I just buy the ones from Home Depot to put on leg bottoms.  They're just peel and stick, and probably cost less than another bottle of glue.  There are many different types to choose from-some that slide easily, and some that don't, as well as lots of sizes, and pretty cheap.

Contact cement will work to stick neoprene to about anything.  I've used it many times to put Neoprene on parts of boats, like aluminum and fiberglass on catamarrans for footing while out on the trapeze.

I've used Contact cement and CA, along with epoxy.  I think I've had good results with all.   The neoprene is so absorbent that I don't think it really matters what you use on that side, as long as it is appropriate for the substrate you are gluing too.

Test pieces of course ;)
