collinb
I wonder if Porter Cable, a company with many good products, understood when their OEM supplier said that the bandsaw collected dust.
Coop
That ain’t cool. Where is your dc collection port?
wtnhighlander
I saw Rob Cosman use a 'crevice wand' vacuum nozzle on his bandsaw. Cut about 1/3 of the way across the flat of the tube, and mounted under the table such that the blade passed through. The vac drew air in the nozzle tip, and across the blade at high velocity. There was no escape for the dust.
Mark J
@collinb, if you're looking for a solution what wtnhighlander is describing sounds interesting. You could also look at the Ripnado, which I described in Product Reviews. It might give you some ideas.
Coop
I think two of my most efficient dc machines are both Grizz’s. The bs and the planer.
