Nick2cd
A while back i waxed the cast iron top of my new table saw. it has lost a bit of it's slickness and i can see some cloudy patches on the metal. im confident that it needs a new coat of wax, but do i just slap on a new coat over the cloudy spots? or do i need to strip off the old wax? if so, what is the best way to go about doing this? btw, im using Johnson's paste wax. Keggers
Just slap on another coat right on top of the first coat.
Vic
Yep, just reapply as necessary. You HAVE been stripping it off. That's why it's not as slick as it used to be.
