Stupid question with obvious answer

So i deleted this app, in order to try and fix a little problem.

 

I can't remember where the heck to get the app to reinstall it??

 

I don't see it in the app store. 

 

Can anyone help? 

 

It's probably something obvious I'm missing, it usually is with stuff like this

Did you add a web link to your Home Screen? I don’t remember any WTO app. If you are using third party like tapatalk, or whatever it’s called, that’s a different issue.

Actually it was an app. At least it was in my apps list when i cleared the cache

Tapatalk is the only mobile app I've seen used here.

For me I'm pretty sure it looks like an app but it's basically a shortcut to Chrome.

Thanks all. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong or something. My memory isn't what it used to be and it wasn't all that great to begin with.

Yep that's all it was. 

When I hit ADD TO HOME SCREEN, Chrome says INSTALLING WTO and pops out the icon. 

It's just a shortcut masquerading as an app, at least to my reptilian brain. 

Back to normal anyway.
