I am hosting the fantasy football league this week. So a few fell into a bowl with some tabasco butter. I am going to make a cajun hot sauce for the wings Sunday. Never did care for the wings. I guess just not enough meat on them. But, I can eat mud bugs all day long. Go figure, huh! Preparing food a 3:00 a.m. on a Wed. morning for a Sunday game. My guess is a commercial deep fryer in your catering kitchen? Yes, it heats up faster and can do 20 lbs of wings while I am gluing up something on the prep table. Just don't tell the health dept. You are getting a jump on it! I have too. We have a 15 person league and their families are coming too. My wife is limiting us to one keg of beer this year. Things got alittle interesting and a teak table got broken on the patio when too many of us were dancing one it to YMCA at 2 am Monday morning. I had to fix the table and listen to a 7 year old practice violin with a handover the next morning. Did I mention my wife likes cruel and inhumane punishment???
