duckkisser
ok so the maori people of new zealand make bone necklaces and while i dont do bone carving and dont have much bone to work with so im practicing my shapes out of wood. this way i can get use to my powered carving tools and work on my new craft. here is the first wood fish hook shape that i have made. i inlayed a light blue stone/glass dust in the surface to give it some extra definition. TRBaker
I like the carving. I haven't made up my mind yet whether I like the inlay with it. Somehow it takes away something for me, but that's just me. Nice work, Duck.

G S Haydon
Good work, what did you carve it with. Almost looks a like a knife would be good for that type of carve.
