I'm exploring the idea of finding another small shop owner or 2 that would like to get involved in a sort of partnership on some projects - essentially, building the work to my drawings / specs. Though I would lead the projects & come in with initial pricing etc, there would be collaboration to determine a fair structure for all involved.
