German Kitchen Ceter Posted April 12, 2018 Report Share Posted April 12, 2018 We purchase a CNC router been trying to contact tech support and is not possible, if you need tech support you can't wait 3 or a week to get an answer is very difficult to get support by this company the main reason we purchase from them, it was because of that we were looking for a company with a good tech support big mistake we did we're very very salesman never answer the phone call after he make the sale you can't get in touch with him again they need to fix on this customer tech support or maybe they so big they don't care about it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
