T Slot Aluminum Extrusion

I was given a few pieces of this and have been using them for cauls. Searching on YouTube, I see with their hardware, it has potential for many other uses. One guy made a sled for his router to flatten one side of a wood slab.

Those are useful for all sorts of jigs and fixtures. Chance are good that common 1/4-20 bolts with square nuts will work perfectly in the slots.

+1 to wtnhighlander, various bolt heads will probably fit that center channels.

Looking at the ends, it appears you have two different types (the one on the right looks bigger and seems to have a different interior profile)?

It would be nice if they were the same height as then you could use them as two sides of a router sled or other similar jigs.

Even if they are different sizes, individually they will make good fences and stiffeners.

It's not cheap, but you can buy lengths of those extrusions.
