ChetlovesMer
I finally joined the Guild. I'm all geeked up about the Adirondack chair... Greene and Greene to boot. Anyway, my shop is nowhere near where it needs to be, but I figure Damn the Torpedoes Full Speed ahead! I'm looking forward to getting started. thewoodwhisperer
Yeah boyee!!! Welcome to the fold. This is going to be a killer build so I'm glad you're on board!
mdoering
Chet, welcome to the guild, this is going to be my first build along as well... There is a lot of great content already though... I've been a member for almost a month and watch videos daily and I've still only scratched the surface...

I'm pretty sure there's a video for techniques to get that scratch out of the surface.... (groan?)
rydell
Right there with ya Chet...just joined a couple weeks ago. Looking forward to this build! I gotta hurry and get the finish on my workbench so I can put it to good use this project!
Texfire
I just joined today too. I'm very excited about the upcoming project. Now all I got to do is finish a birthday gift bowl for this weekend and finish my rolling wood rack and I'll have the floor space to do it in... thewoodwhisperer
I'm getting excited too. Despite the fact that I am fighting a nasty cold that wants to seek its teeth into my soul....I'll be buying my lumber and building should start next week. Hope to have the videos rolling out weekly by mid-may.
billboard
I'm already excited. I made us a set of adirondack chairs and a table a few years ago. Over the winter I had in mind to make a double-seater adirondack seat to match along with another table. I started a couple of weeks ago. I would love to do the Greene and Greene style, but I am using my original pattern so it will match my other set.
Don65
Chet I'm new as well, just joined last night myself. And this looks like a great build..love the greene and greene stuff. Just gotta figure out how to get through, as my shop is lacking as well. But sometimes you just gotta go for it. Don

toddclippinger
Love your gung-ho approach:) Working on the project will help define what you need to do with your shop space and what tools need to be purchased next. I look forward to watching this guild build progress and everyone's work. I am pretty excited too as I have recently joined the WWGuild and this is my first post!
