PC 4212 Jig

The jig comes with the porter cable standard bushings and router bits. Most routers have a base plate that will accept the standard bushings -- pretty much an industry standard.

Keep in mind that the PC unit uses a custom dovetail bit so when the time comes to replace the bit, you must buy a replacement bit -- not just any 'ol dovetail bit.

I own one. It is a good unit -- not as flexible as the higher priced variable spacing jigs. Results not as pretty as a finely handcut dovetail. But for cranking out drawer boxes it works well.
