Jfitz
Hi - given the recent issues on TWW site I felt compelled to post this. My company uses a web security product that now blocks WTO with the following message: "Hosted on IP controlled by a group or individual known to be malicious." It's the "known" that bothers me. Has anyone else noticed any issues with WTO or with your respective security systems? I sent an email to our security team asking for more into - if for nothing else than the fact that I access the site from home, and I would like to k ow the risks. STL Woodguy
I have one of those types of filters at work (although it's more liberal as you can't hamper an advertising agency too much in the social media age), but it's incredibly goofy at what it blocks. When I've looked up programming code on some links, sometimes the filter designates it as 'porn.'
CessnaPilotBarry
Be aware that IT departments often look at non-work related traffic. If you work a smaller company and come here often, you may have put it on your IT dept's "not work related" list.

Jfitz
It worked until today. We do indeed use a product that depends on external info. I emailed Marc and he said it is probably a "false positive" because of the current situation. Hopefully it clears up soon. We have had some funny - or at least odd - sites blocked as well. CessnaPilotBarry
My company, in the Fortune top 10, blocked some of our own subsidiaries!
