chefmagnus@grics.net
Step 11 Make a hand from a stick of hickory. I used a marker to trace a handle on my baby sledge onto hardboard. I then cut it out with the band saw and then use a pattern bit to get the shape the way I liked it. I then made it mostly round with a ¾" round over bit. Step 12 Make a hole for the handle and epoxy it in. I found a replacement wedge set at Ace Hardware for 89¢. I think between the epoxy and the wedges that handle won't ever come off until I decide to get rid of it.
