Virginia Mark
That looks great! How long did it take to bore all the holes?
Llama
Looks good! You should get it anodized, and sell it for $350.

dwacker
That looks great! How long did it take to bore all the holes? Don't know I don't punch a clock anymore, maybe an hour. Aluminum drills, cuts and machines easily with woodworking machines.
dwacker
I made a similar one out of ply This one is multi purpose. Does conventional shelf pins but is layed out for cabinets. Designed to bore system holes for cabinet hardware using Blum system 32 and true 32.

Trip
==>You should get it anodized, and sell it for $350. You should get it anodized bright red and have Woodpecker's sell it for $950 -- a $250/unit commission sounds about right...

Many of these things can be made in the shop for a fraction of the cost out of aluminum. Im into this $21 (10.5 lbs aluminum at $2 lb) no special tools or machines required.
