TerryMcK
We were looking for a marinade for beef and google found this These guys are superb. Not sure I'll be doing 8 pounds for 4 people though.
Keggers
I enjoyed the video. Just couldn't stop watching. Just wondering if the orange juice can be tasted in the meat? Not sure how that would taste. Orange juice, garlic and onions??? They sure used quite the combination of ingredients for the marinade. Tpt life
OJ might leave a citrus tang but is primarily just a mild acid. Many small batch marinades use cider vinegar or lemon juice, OJ in some parts of the country is cheaper. Add to that, the OJ might be pre-sugared saving a step. Any way, I also enjoyed the concept. Thanks for posting!
RichardA
Sweet! Most any acidic juice helps break down what holds the meat together. Pineapple works just the same! But it's best used on pork, it'adds a sweet taste to pulled pork!
wtnhighlander
If I'm not mistaken, A1 includes orange juice as part of the recipe.
Coop
He could have eliminated the OJ. He broke the steak down pretty good w/ that 4x4 club.
