Bud
I'm visiting Seattle next week and want to check out anything related to woodworking. All recommendations are welcome and appreciated.

FlyinFish
Me too. Don't really know if much else other than gallery and lumber shops. Now if you want to know where the good beer is... Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk

phinds
There's a fantastic slab showroom, with huge pieces of various domestics slabbed for tables and such. It's called Urban Hardwoods of Seattle. They are enormously expensive, but very pretty and well worth the visit. Right next door to it is an unrelated furniture store featuring VERY nice use of excellent wood in making furniture ... this is NOT your average furniture store. The two together is a winning combination for a wood lover. I have a few pics of their stuff but the only one I can remember right off hand is a big cedar slab on my "cedar, misc" page.
drzaius
I follow Urban Hardwood's Facebook & they post some really good stuff. I think their showroom would be well worth a visit.
FlyinFish
My favorite breweries in the city are Fremont Brewing, Stoup, Ruebens, and Georegtown Brewery. Georgetown is kind of by the Woodcraft and down from there is Crosscut Lumber. Pretty great lumber shop.
