Eric.
I'm probably just stupid... My wife says she wants the NBC app through our Amazon Fire stick. I say okay. I download. It works. Great. For the life of me, I cannot find ANYWHERE how much this app COSTS. Does anyone know?

Woodenskye
If there wasn't something that said continue with purchase, it probably is free. It may also be included with Amazon prime.
Immortan D
Does it have an option to sign in with a cable TV/DTV provider account? It may be free for certain content but require one of those accounts for the premium content (the content that matters).
Eric.
Yeah Daniel I did see something that said something about "this app offers 'in-app purchases'." So that could be. However, @Lester Burnham, I also saw " Save up to 25% on this app and its in-app items when you purchase Amazon Coins," which doesn't make much sense if the app is FREE, unless they're talking about ONLY the in-app purchases...but it says "this app" and "its in-app items." It's nice of them to leave everything so ambiguous.

So you're saying that it appears to be free as long as I don't do any in-app purchasing? 24 minutes ago, Lester Burnham said: My bad. I've never even heard of Amazon Coins. Me neither, until today. wtnhighlander
Eric, if ANYONE on this forum should know how to decode an Amazon billing statement, its you! You'll know how much it cost within 30 days.
prov163
Eric, if they don't charge you when you download the app, the app and most of its features are free. The in app feature allows for purchasing stuff without having to go to the web to get it, if you want it. At least that's my experience. Tom Cancelleri
The app is free, there are no charges unless you subscribe or buy something. This would require entering in information for them to bill you or charge your Amazon account, etc.
Llama
I think I was charged to read this. REFUND!
Eric.
Okay, cool, thanks guys. We watched it some last night. The app kind of sucks but the content is free...hard to complain about that.
