Popular Post rodger.
My 5 yr old daughter and I went to the animal shelter today to donate a few bags of kibble we had, as well as some specialized shampoos and medications. This helped, and it was nice to give to a place that helps less fortunate pets.

davestanton
That is a great age! We also lost one of our pugs this week. Barry's sister Padamae. Burying her brought me to tears. My thoughts are with you. They are indeed family members and it doesn't get any easier as you get older to say goodbye to them.
sjk
Very sorry to hear of both of your losses. It's a very painful time for sure.
Bankstick
The shelter is a great place to find another fur kid. My wife found a plaque that has a prominent place in the living room- Dogs aren't our whole life but they make our lives whole.
