collinb
https://www.shopgoodwill.com/Item/47852593 Every once in a while I see a plane design that I just don't get. Things change over time as techniques have changed. The curved bottom is understandable, but on both that handle design is different. How would you describe the use and function of these planes? Tpt life
Those resemble luthiers planes.
wdwerker
Handle fits in your palm. Those are pretty small planes.

What caught my eye was the full-width blade like a cabinet scraper/shoulder/rabbet. That's a unique feature.

I wonder about using it to finish any roughness left by a moulding plane on things like casement. It is narrow also and could be used to work bottoms of grooves or dados. TerryMcK
They look like user made planes. I have a small luthier plane but it doesn’t have the long handle and is therefore difficult to use. The brass one looks like a rabbet plane.
