JohnG
@Mark J What did you end up choosing?
Chip Sawdust
Geez I'm late to the game but I have and use both. Canon has Canon Connect, a wifi connection to your phone or tablet, by the way. My iPhone 8 takes great pictures as well and can do limited, onboard post-production work. The iPhone with Apple watch or some bluetooth remotes also works well if you want to be in the picture, grab a tool or whatever to show what's going on - you can have three or more seconds to set it up once you set the phone/camera on a tripod. Options abound. Personally I'd avoid a table just for size, but i portability isn't a concern, they have pretty decent cameras that work just fine for posting on the web. So - what John said....?? Popular Post Mark J
My cousin, who is an advanced ameteur photographer, lent me a Nikon D70 and some other equipment. Here's a picture of the setup and one of my "design studio".
Chip Sawdust
Ok Mark with that kind of setup you’re way past a tablet or phone! I think you’ve found your solution.
Mark J
Yes, it's a little upscale from what I was originally after. And a little more complicated than I could wish for. But it delivers much better results than I was getting.
Popular Post Chestnut
I just got this email from Nikon. I guess they are taking advantage of people being stuck at home and are opening up their learning courses for free. https://www.nikonevents.com/us/live/nikon-school-online/?&utm_source=MKT&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=FreeNSO-4-1-2020&utm_content=btn&utm_term=startnow&ET_CID=3269339&ET_RID=326549722&SC_ID=0032400000mK7W3AAK Could be useful to many just thought i'd throw it here. 2
