wdwerker
I compared my 12" & 24" squares from Harry Epsiein to my Starrett squares and couldn't see any difference under a 10x loupe.
Rick A McQuay
I have 3 cheap plastic speed squares and one aluminum speed square; all are square to the best of my ability to determine which means striking 2 lines/checking for parallelism and checking against my engineer square. I would like to have a good combo square and I might buy one from the Epstein site. Wish they had better pics though.
Chuck Melton
McQ the brand I got from the Epstein site was Brown & Sharpe. The cheapest I was able to find a non-seconded one was $75. There is a small scratch on the ruler, that is the only defect.
