Almost every new house I built over 33 years has a daylight basement on the lake. I finally settled on Voltex DS for waterproofing the walls. elrodk Posted July 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 Ken, your shop is nicer than alot of homes. Really nice. Cant wait to see it all finished and full of tools! My wife keeps reminding me it is nicer than our house. We wanted it to be a nice space to work and be able to enjoy the time spent in there. In case everyone is not aware there is a stained glass studio for my wife. This led to choosing the large windows so she has plenty of natural light in her room and I chose to trade off some wall space for a couple of those windows. Now that the walls are up I'm convinced the money for the windows and vaulted ceiling was well spent.
