I think I will try and start a project Journal on these boxes. it probably won't be very complete as far as the steps go but I will try to keep it up to date with the process. Given how it turned out, I would pick a different dark wood next time. In the typical warm light of a house, it just looks really dark. Finish is a water-based poly.
