How to make plywood waterproof?

MDO also seem quite a bit stronger than ordinary ply.

Assuming you can paint over the epoxy and if so, what did you use?

We have a couple pallets of it in the shop.  Doing a quick google search, it appears it's available at Menards.....

I used MDO this past Spring to build some window boxes.  Used 3/4" and 1/2" and got it all at Menards.  It's good stuff.
