Saving leaning 1798 chimney

Hopefully, a lot more hundreds than one.  It's certainly on a much more secure base than it ever has been.  There is still a lot of work left to do though.  We need to excavate out from under the left side, and pour a massive footing for it to pivot on, so we can do similar on the right side to jack the right side back up to get the whole thing back to plumb.

It will also match better once the Lime Mortar is repointed.

The corbel bricks around that right corner had rolled out as the stone below tilted, and those bricks were crushed from the weight of the chimney.  I have all the interior bricks well supported on the mass of concrete now, and all the base stones bonded to that mass of concrete.  I thought I'd take out a couple of small sections of those crushed bricks, and rebuild it like I did that front section.  The reason I left that brick on the corner of the bottom row long was to leave my options open for that right end.

They have to figure out how to raise enough money to pay us first though.
