Popular Post rainjer
As of this coming Monday I have been told to work from home until further notice. Work is slow so I am sure i am going to have lots of spare time while I am "working" that i might spend some of it in the garage. Yesterday I purchase a 2"x9"x8' piece of birch yesterday for a project I am working on. I only needed 1/4 of it but I figure what the heck and bought the whole thing to have some extra wood to play with. I also got some free 1"X4" oaks shorts. All are around 3'-4' long. Today I am going to go pick up 3-4 sheet of plywood and some 2X4's for some shop organization projects. This should keep me busy or a while..... Coop
Sounds like a good way to spend time at the”home office”!
Popular Post Coop
Speaking of cabin fever, I think the next few weeks (hopefully not months) will be a litmus test for folks like me that are contemplating retirement. I think my wife will probably suggest that I go back to work! 1
Chip Sawdust
Uh oh - I may have to copy your example and go work in the shop during working hours. So far I haven't done that but it's going to get harder and harder to resist as tie goes on.
rainjer
I keep my work email open on my IPad and have that on the garage so I can monitor my work email.
BillyJack
I've spent 50% of my time on shop projects and the other 50% on projects for the house. Seems to keep me from being bored. Too many years of ignoring the little things I should have done years ago are finally getting done and those projects for the house Im always putting off are finally seeing some light....
