The reason I ask is that I am on a forum for owners of tent trailers and I come away with the opinion that the plug in coolers are a pretty good drain on a deep cycle battery. BillyJack Posted April 28, 2021 Author Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 It was suggested to me to just get a small cooler and some ice packs. I'll goto Walmart and look for a playmate cooler. If I fish at daybreak I'll be looking for eats as well. I bought a box of mayonnaise packs for work. I like a sandwich sometimes on a good day of fishing... Probably best.
