mike nelson Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 very nice shop tour are those jigs for the Charles Niel quilt rack by the festool tracks ? Quote
AMarshall Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 Kyle, awesome tour. Your shop is so light and bright and clean! I'm sure that it didn't look that way after the flood, but you've done a great job rebuilding. The layout is good too - I really like how you worked around that column by your miter saw station. Also, I'm with you on the store-bought cabinets. Sometimes you just have to get things done and checked off the list so you can move on. Thanks for sharing! Quote
SawSucker Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 I think you need too give that dust collector an upgrade. Delta 50-760 with onboard Separator Quote
TexWood Posted March 29, 2011 Author Report Posted March 29, 2011 Thanks for the comments guys. Mike - Yes, those are jigs for the Charles Niel quilt rack (see my gallery) along with a couple of others. Aaron - Yup, if I could change anything it would be to get rid of that column, of course, the house might collapse. SawSucker - I agree totally. After I finish my current project, I'm looking into building a Thien Separator and adding a Wynn filter to the Delta 50-760. Quote
DiscoDenny Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 TexWood, Nice shop tour. Very nice layout and I like the workbench. Wish I had half the nice tools you have. Denny Quote
ryandetzel Posted November 27, 2011 Report Posted November 27, 2011 That miter station interests me. I think I have the same saw and even hooked up to DC dust still goes on the floor. I was thinking of building a table that has an open bottom connected to another DC hose to suck what falls. Is that why you build this, how well does it work at keeping the dust contained? Quote
